Maintenance Specialist

Trouw Nutrition, a global leader in innovative feed specialties, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work on electrical or mechanical installations and equipment.

Job Summary:

• Maintain and repair production machinery, rotating equipment, electrical installations, and other technical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to prevent equipment malfunction and downtime.
• Work closely with colleagues to execute jobs of more extensive and/or complex nature.
• Supervise technicians from third-party companies as needed.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a production environment. They will be responsible for troubleshooting malfunctions, performing emergency repairs, and making necessary adjustments to equipment.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
