About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work on electrical or mechanical installations and equipment to ensure optimal production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and machinery
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
