Wat ga je doen?
- Actief op zoek gaan naar geschikte kandidaten voor vacatures door middel van searchen en werven;
- Interviews voeren met kandidaten en hen begeleiden door het selectieproces;
- Zorgen dat kandidaten goed voorbereid zijn en hen begeleiden naar hun nieuwe baan bij de klant;
- Nauw samenwerken met het team in Tilburg om een goede match te maken tussen kandidaten en vacatures.
Wat bieden wij jou?
- Een salaris tussen de €2000 en €2300 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring;
- Kwartaalbonussen op basis van je prestaties;
- Een werkplek midden op het Plaza del Ayuntamiento in Valencia;
- Een informele en gezellige werkomgeving waar we echt voor elkaar klaarstaan.
