About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at WeWow, a leading customer experience company in Europe. As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our amazing team by attracting top talent and building robust candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit potential candidates, assessing their skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Lead interviews using modern tools and methods to ensure a thorough and efficient selection process.
  • Serve as the key point of contact, building strong relationships with candidates during and beyond the hiring process.
  • Develop a robust recruitment pipeline, particularly for Customer Experience Specialists to ensure hiring needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Dutch Native speaker with a Bachelor's or University Degree.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in recruitment or human resources.
  • Practical experience with a range of selection processes, including video, interview, phone, and reference checks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple job openings, track candidate progress, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
