We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Reporting Manager to oversee and coordinate accounting processes at our center in Súria, Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of broad-based financial and operational management experience, a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, and technical expertise in accounting Spanish GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities will include coordinating and advising the team in different processes, managing the accounting team, reviewing and controlling tasks, and leading process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising and submitting informative declarations to official entities, carrying out checks and balances to guarantee the reliability of the information submitted, and verifying and preparing creditor payment proposals.

Additionally, the Accounting and Reporting Manager will be responsible for performing and ensuring compliance with SOX controls assigned in the accounting area, carrying out intercompany reconciliations, and supervising the different processes that affect the closing to guarantee their execution on the required dates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a solid record of follow-up.

As a key member of our team, the Accounting and Reporting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial information.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about finance and accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and advising the team in different processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of broad-based financial and operational management experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
  • Technical expertise in accounting Spanish GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid record of follow-up
