Industrialization Engineer in Manufacturing

An opportunity has emerged for a Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization role within Airbus Defence & Space.
The selected candidate will become part of the Manufacturing Engineering Division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duties of the position include:
- Determining the optimal production process for manufacturing, considering inputs from the broader Manufacturing Team and ongoing process enhancements (including Standard Time Values, Standard Line Balancing, etc.).
- Facilitating collaboration and communication between Design Engineering and production teams.
- Standardizing operational procedures (Standard Operating Instructions).
- Conducting analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to reduce production time waste and enhance safety for both production and products.
- Managing Configuration Control.
- Integrating the Manufacturing Dossier with comprehensive technical information, quality assurance, maintenance, health and safety protocols, equipment, and tooling.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Familiarity with C295 is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and structured work habits.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and relocate internationally.
