Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization Specialist

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an Industrialization Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering Department at Airbus Defence and Space SAU in San Pablo, Sevilla.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the most efficient build process for production manufacturing, taking into account inputs from the rest of the Manufacturing, Final Assembly and Testing (MFT) department and continuous improvement of processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement optimized build processes for production manufacturing.
- Lead the interface between Design Engineering and production to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Standardize processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze and optimize build processes to minimize waste and increase security.
- Integrate the Manufacturing Dossier with technical information, quality control, maintenance, health and safety, equipment, and tooling.
Requirements:
- Educated in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of C295 would be an asset.
- Proactive and organized individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish, with German or French being an asset.
- Availability for traveling and being relocated to other countries.
