**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced ERP Finance Solutions Architect to join our team. As part of our growth, we need someone who can design and implement effective finance solutions using IFS Applications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in management consulting and ERP implementation, with a strong understanding of finance modules and data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with customers to understand their business processes and configure IFS Finance modules accordingly.
  • Design and develop solutions that meet customer requirements by configuring IFS Finance modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IFS Finance modules.
  • Perform system testing, identify and resolve problems or bugs, and ensure that the solution meets defined quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to end users on the effective use of IFS Finance modules.
  • Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, cleansing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify process improvement opportunities and provide consultancy on best practices for using the Finance modules.
  • Develop documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user guides.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience working in management consulting and ERP implementation.
  • The ability to interact efficiently with requirements owners and other stakeholders while contributing to product/solution management-related activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to apply experience and technology to achieve work objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong English language skills with the ability to work on international projects.
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL, data migration, and custom configurations is a plus.

 

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
