We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to support our Regional Director, Iberia & Italy, and category teams in managing contractual and administrative tasks related to Universal franchise, category, and consumer priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry of Licensee deal memos into CRM/RSG system
  • Tracking critical path from business-plan submission to contract execution
  • Managing contract workflow and administration requirements
  • Leading new licensee onboarding and ensuring seamless transition
  • Assisting licensees with GBS and factory audit support, quarterly royalty report submissions, tracking, and outstanding invoices
  • Managing asset management processes and NDA requests
  • Creating and setting up new vendor accounts, raising purchase orders using SAP, and coding invoices for payment
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with CRM systems and data entry. You'll also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic team.
