We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the transportation operations within our supply chain. The ideal candidate will work closely with our third-party logistics provider to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize shipments and manage transportation costs
  • Coordinate with the provider and other departments to schedule deliveries and track shipments
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
  • Monitor the performance of the 3PL provider and ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Resolve any transportation-related issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Min 1-3 years of relevant working experience in logistics coordination/control tower operations and shipping document preparation
  • Experience with ERP such as Oracle or SAP is preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • High level of English
  • Good communication skills and meticulous with details
