Logistics Operations Coordinator

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of everything we do at Amazon. As a Logistics Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of Heavy/Bulky shipments to our customers across the EU.
Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be responsible for executing daily same-day or next-day forecasts, planning delivery routes, and monitoring volume flow. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring planning accuracy, cost, and customer experience.
As a Logistics Scheduler, you will work closely with the Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Ground Transportation teams to support our day-to-day operations. You will be instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the network, ensuring targets and service deadlines are met according to regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing daily same-day or next-day forecasts
- Planning delivery routes or monitoring volume flow
- Ensuring planning accuracy, cost, and customer experience

A day in the life of a Logistics Scheduler at Amazon involves working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams to support our day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from process improvement initiatives to developing new strategies for optimizing delivery routes.
About the team:
Our Central Operations team is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of packages to our customers across the EU. As a Logistics Scheduler, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, working closely with the Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Ground Transportation teams.
Basic qualifications:
- Relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred qualifications:
