About the Role:

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Medical Education team as a Proctoring Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization of proctoring activities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proctoring Activity Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and coordinate proctoring activities with Boston Scientific Therapy Representatives, travel agencies, and other partners.
    • Manage proctoring days requests and proctors' availability across the designated regions.
    • Contribute to accelerating the exit of doctors in training, ensuring compliance with regulatory rules.
  2. Proctor Management:
    • Establish and manage contracts with healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to internal rules and regulations.
    • Oversee proctors' invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
    • Coordinate logistics and communication for meetings and sessions involving proctors.
    • Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports.
  3. eCare Platform Management:
    • Update physicians' information in the eCare platform.
    • Collect and report any discrepancies or bugs in the eCare platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event organization or coordination is a plus.
  • Process development and optimization mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Team player with a professional and proactive attitude.
