Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the expansion of our restaurant portfolio across Spain, focusing on strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to successfully open multiple new locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on brand standards, training, and operational protocols, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet expansion goals, leveraging market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and local authorities, ensuring seamless operations and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry, specifically in restaurant openings and expansion.
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale expansion projects, with a strong understanding of the Spanish market and hospitality landscape.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a strategic thinker's approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
