We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Works Manager to join our team in the province of Soria. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading the contracting, construction, and civil supervision of photovoltaic plants, ensuring compliance with safety and health policies, deadlines, quality, and costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil works of renewable energy plants, ensuring adherence to safety and health protocols, project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the construction manager to negotiate and close contracts with various subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project tasks, effective resource allocation, and optimal project outcomes.
- Work closely with the Engineering Department to identify and implement the most effective technical solutions, ensuring project success.
- Ensure project deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained, while controlling costs and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement acceleration plans to meet committed project milestones, analyzing potential deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management)
- Preferred training in Occupational Risk Prevention and MS Project
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising civil works, preferably in renewable energy projects, with a proven track record of coordinating work teams and subcontractors
- Availability to work on-site during the project's duration
- Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD and international geographical availability
