As a Workshop Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to make transportation greener and smarter.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage manufacturing activities for Elementary Production Units (EPUs), including hierarchical management of operators.
  • Work closely with teams across the business to contribute to supply chain setup, quality plan validation, and industrialization activities.
  • Be responsible for requests for training and qualification of operators, hiring, and sub-contracting.
  • Ensure smooth industrial process handovers from PME to manufacturing and APSYS deployment preparation.
  • Assign tasks to operators and oversee intermediate handovers, including self-inspections and dynamic checklists.
  • Manage time management and presence of all employees, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Continuously improve occupational safety and contribute to the development of operators' qualifications.
