About the Role

At Alstom, we're committed to delivering innovative transportation solutions that make a difference in people's lives. As a Workshop Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our mission to create greener and smarter mobility worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all manufacturing activities for a project(s) of an EPU, including responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager for all operators.
  • Work closely with teams across the business, contributing to supply chain setup, quality plan validation, and industrialization activities.
  • Be responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring, and requests & requirements for sub-contracting.
  • Take care of the industrial process hand-over from PME to manufacturing, APSYS deployment preparation, and operators training.
  • Assign tasks to operators and ensure intermediate handover, including self-inspections and dynamic checklists.
  • Manage time management (presence management and activity management) of all employees, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Continuously improve occupational safety, including that of contractors working for the EPU.
  • Contribute to the development of operators, including further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. If you have an Engineer Degree or similar, and previous experience in an operational industrial environment leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.
