Job Description

Job Title: Senior Principal ERP Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal ERP Project Manager to lead our digital transformation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of our ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scope, align with overall business priorities, and ensure project deliverables are met on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage and drive execution of all development activities, from project initiation to post-go-live and project closure.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinate internal resources and vendors, and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate KPIs for tracking of progress and report to senior stakeholders timely and through steerco presentations, project gate reviews, etc.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in IT/engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • PMP/PRINCE II (or similar) certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of IT working experience with 3-5 years dedicated to Project Management of major IT projects and transformations (preferably within the ERP domain).
  • Excellent track record in delivering complex projects in high-pressure environments.
  • Knowledge of project management processes, techniques, and tools for implementing IT projects.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work as part of an extended virtual team.
  • Knowledge of latest technology trends/developments/products.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems with ability to integrate other systems.
