Job Title: Supply Chain Manufacturing Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manufacturing Planner to join our team at Aliaxis. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading and improving planning processes, including MPS/MRP Process, Resources Capacity Planning, Purchasing, and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the supply of products/components to meet customer requirements, minimum production costs, and target safety stock levels.
  • Maintain relationships with Production, External Suppliers, Intercompany, Logistics, and Commercial departments.
  • Production Planning for one or multiple facilities within Alicante site, including detailed realistic production schedules and communication with production teams.
  • Monitor and execute accurate completion of finished production orders, provision of necessary raw materials, semi-finished goods, and spare parts.
  • Collect and assess data about production and team performance, monitor production KPIs, and support Life Cycle Management Planning.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in the field of Planning.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and Lean/Six Sigma training.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to lead S&OP meetings, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
