Job Summary:
As an Internal Audit Specialist at Calmar Land Development Corporation, you will conduct internal audits to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of our systems and processes. You will work under the supervision of the Internal Audit Manager to identify key control points, perform audits in a professional manner, and make informed opinions about our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal audits to determine the nature of our operations and the adequacy of our system of control
• Participate in planning the theory and scope of the audit and assist in preparing an audit program
• Identify key control points of the system and perform the audit in a professional manner
• Obtain, analyze, and appraise data to make an informed opinion about the adequacy and effectiveness of the system
• Prepare written reports expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system

Requirements:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• At least two (2) years of work experience in basic accounting and internal auditing
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
