Calmar Land Development Corporation – Lucena City, CalabarzonJOB SUMMARYUnder the supervision of the Internal Audit Manager, conducts internal audits, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.PRINCIPAL DUTIESSurvey functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of the system of control for achieving established objectives.Determine or assist in determining the direction and thrust of the proposed audit effort and the audit procedures to be used.Participate in planning the theory and scope of the audit and assist in preparing an audit program.Identify the key control points of the system.Perform the audit in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit program.Obtain, analyze, and appraise data to make an informed, objective opinion about the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency of the performance of activities under review.Make or assist in making oral or written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the examination.Prepare written reports, as requested, expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which activities are carried out.Appraise or assist in appraising the adequacy of the corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions.Perform other related duties as may be assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of BS AccountancyExperience: At least two (2) years of work experience in basic accounting and internal auditing.Other Requirements:With good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
