We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our Executive Leadership Team as the Country Head for Spain and Portugal. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in our next growth phase.
Key Responsibilities- Scale-up Commercial Activity: Drive the growth of Baselinker's commercial activity in the region, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Build and Manage a High-Performing Team: Establish and lead a local team, responsible for supporting, business development, and technical functions.
- Business Development Initiatives: Develop and execute business development initiatives, including local market partnerships, paid media, and email campaigns.
- Product Elevation: Collaborate with our global tech team to enhance the product, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers in the region.
- Business Operations: Plan and execute business operations, including managing the region's P&L.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies and annual work plans for the local team.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key companies in the eCommerce ecosystem, positioning Baselinker as a trusted partner.
- Autonomy and Independence: As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will have the freedom to make decisions and drive change.
