Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the transportation operations within our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods
- Optimize shipments and manage transportation costs
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked/packed and ready for collection
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Monitor performance of logistics providers and resolve any transportation-related issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination/control tower operations and shipping document preparation
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and comfortable with change
