Job Description
The Front Office Shift Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office department. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Front Office Manager in strategic and operational management, develop new processes, and create and sell new guest experiences. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to motivate and lead your team effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in leading a front office team, solid knowledge of the reservation's department, and be fluent in English, German, and Spanish. A passion for hosting and being a role model, as well as a hands-on mentality, are essential qualities for this position. You should also be a team player with excellent communication and organization skills.
Benefits

Our hotel provides a 9-month working contract, with 5 working days per week, and flexible reporting of working hours. We also offer great support from our local HR team to find housing and obtain necessary permits.
