About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our service, creating and maintaining customer databases, and building a new customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our service.
  2. Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Consolidate existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  4. Record and analyze customer interactions, including call history and responses.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  6. Monitor competitors' products and services, developing effective selling strategies.
  7. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  1. Native proficiency in French and fluent English.
  2. Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Experience with CRM software and tools.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  7. Able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  8. Strong business acumen, with the ability to evaluate multiple business models and strategies.
  9. Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
