Kistler Instrumente GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders, performing services and repairs at customer sites or in the office, and providing technical assistance on-site, by phone, or remotely.

You will be working closely with our sales engineers and marketing team to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and products to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform services and repairs at customer sites or in the office.
  • Provide technical assistance on-site, by phone, or remotely.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Kistler products and technologies is an asset.
