Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Ensuring the efficient performance of services delivered to our customers worldwide.
- Providing field activities when requested: supervision of installation, testing, commissioning, and training.
- Executing emergency site interventions.
- Conducting audits and maintenance jobs.
- Elaborating technical reports.
Support to Sales and Contract Execution:
- Supporting Sales Engineer on substation surveys and permissions for site access.
- Creating repair quotations.
- Identifying new business opportunities: sale of spare parts, repairs, on-site services, modernizations, retrofits, training, and maintenance contracts.
Logistics and Stock:
- Supporting the management of stock of spare parts and tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
Minimum Requirements
- Technical degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Technician (or Engineering) or related field.
- Electrical hazards and safety training; maintenance; protections and control of electrical equipment.
- Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, ideally with experience in maintenance and on DC traction substations.
- Fluency in English and French; any other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
