We are seeking a dedicated Global GI HR Specialist to join our HR Team in the Grid Integration Business. As a core member, you will support the GI HR Community and Business Managers, leveraging advanced data analytics techniques and tools to extract actionable insights and enhance decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy regular HR data reporting and analytics for the business unit, supporting strategy and decision making at management level.
• Gather and transform organizational raw data into actionable insights (KPIs).
• Partner with the global Head of HR to implement HR priorities in the organization in line with the business and people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio.
• Coordinate and manage scoped projects across the full range of HR, including talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, diversity, equity & inclusion, capability and workforce planning, compensation & benefits, etc., for the global business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in People Analytics or HR Data Analysis.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience (Payroll, HR Controller, HR Operations, HRBP) in a global environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully navigate complexity and ambiguity with a curious and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in an internal environment.
