About the Role

As a Backend Software Engineer at Avature, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our enterprise SaaS solution for global talent acquisition and talent management. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Backend Software Engineer, DevOps Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop highly scalable and distributed systems to support our applications.
  • Ensure seamless communication between development and IT teams, and enable collaboration across multiple engineering teams.
  • Develop system tools to automate environment creation and deployments, and interact with various virtualization platforms.
  • Design and develop continuous testing and integration pipelines, and promote best practices in deployments and infrastructure management.
Requirements
  • Software development skills and methodologies.
  • Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid understanding of operating system concepts and knowledge of infrastructure management technologies.
  • Fluency in a structured programming language, preferably Python.
