Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team at Schreiber Foods. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and participating in the efforts of human resource configuration, automation, support, and the daily flow of HR information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement software solutions through cross-functional teams to determine requirements, review and modify processes, and ensure adequate systems knowledge is gained by users.
  • Maintain and support software related to HR, including Workday HCM, UKG/Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, etc.
  • Develop and execute testing to ensure successful software patches and upgrades/updates.
  • Create accurate reports and files in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain HRIS by uploading or downloading data and system mass changes.
  • Establish methodologies to streamline data management processes.
  • Assist users with software application questions and provide on-going training and tips to allow users to be more effective within the HR database.
  • Responsible for administration of HR processes as they relate to HRIS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, Business, Computer Science, Project Management.
  • Working knowledge of Kronos, Workday, Oracle, or other database software and applications, as well as report writing tools.
  • Strong experience configuring and supporting UKG Kronos Workforce Central and/or Dimensions, configurations such as pay rule and timecard configuration and scheduling configuration.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative settings.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to utilize cause and effect process thinking and other problem solving techniques.
  • Ability to listen to and understand customer requirements, translating them to technical requirements.
  • Ability to assist in the recommendation of new software/processes in support of human resources objectives.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with high level of integrity.
  • Project management skills desired.
  • Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
