About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow our customer base
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial technology, engineering, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in English (native or advanced level) and Spanish (mandatory)

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
