Strategic HR Manager

The HR Manager - Iberia (m/f/d) will report to the HR Director EMEA and work closely with country and local HR managers to tailor processes and standards to the employee groups in each area. The role will involve leading the HR function for the IBERIA region, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
- Extensive background in shared services, including the establishment and management of service centers, with a strong focus on HR Services
- Several years of experience in a leading HR management role, with a focus on HR operations and HR services
- Experience in employment laws, regulations and labor relations
- Previous experience in a multinational company, with complex structures
- Knowledge of HR Transformation and Change Management
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated communication skills with an understanding of how to effectively communicate change, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
