Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Challenger to join the CTO Team within the COO at ING Spain Bank.

Your Role and Work Environment

As a Challenger, you will work from leadership level to squad level to boost team's high performance, ensuring cross-tribal standardization of the competencies of People's Development and engagement practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Challenge leaders of the tribe to continue develop and raise the bar of the team in alignment with the strategy of the bank.
  • Increase value delivered by ensuring the way teams work from ideas to backlog.
  • Support the tribe to boost a continuous improvement: coaching the implementation of people, transformation, and WoW agendas.
  • Support the leadership in the talent and capabilities development of the tribe: supporting hirings, onboardings, OKRs and step-up processes, off-boardings and updating the capacity map. Map knowledge and capabilities.
  • Ensure the engagement cycle, and help the teams and leaders be aware and be their best version in every stage.
  • Up-skill transformational competencies and enabling CoPs (Communities of Practice).
  • Participate in leadership reflections about the set-up of the teams and foster initiatives coming from the People's team.
  • Collaborate in the design phase of HR initiatives that are connected to tribe ́s (Next Gen).
  • Deploy transformational programs from productivity accelerators or other initiatives.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and keen to learn about transformation and innovation by doing. Proven experience fostering continuous improvement in areas and squads. Proven experience developing people skills. Engagement practices knowledge and experience. Experience leading Scrum/Kanban squads (desirable). Su función y entorno de trabajo:

Buscamos un Challenger con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de CTO dentro del COO.

El Challenger trabajará desde el nivel de liderazgo hasta el nivel de escuadrón para impulsar el alto rendimiento del equipo, garantizando la estandarización intertribal de las competencias de las prácticas de Desarrollo de Personas y compromiso.

Sus responsabilidades clave:

Como Challenger

Desafiar a los líderes de la tribu para continuar desarrollando y elevando el nivel del equipo en alineación con la estrategia del banco.
Aumentar el valor entregado asegurando la forma en que los equipos trabajan desde las ideas hasta el backlog.
Apoyar a la tribu para impulsar una mejora continua: coaching en la implementación de las agendas de personas, transformación y WoW.
Apoyar al liderazgo en el desarrollo de talento y capacidades de la tribu: apoyando contrataciones, incorporaciones, OKRs y procesos de step-up, off-boardings y actualizando el mapa de capacidades. Trazar el mapa de conocimientos y capacidades.
Asegurar el ciclo de compromiso, y ayudar a los equipos y líderes a ser conscientes y ser su mejor versión en cada etapa.
Mejorar las competencias transformadoras y las CoP (Comunidades de Práctica) habilitadoras.
Participar en las reflexiones de los líderes sobre la configuración de los equipos y fomentar las iniciativas procedentes del equipo de Personas.
Colaborar en la fase de diseño de iniciativas de RRHH que estén conectadas con las tribus (Next Gen).
Desplegar programas transformacionales a partir de aceleradores de productividad u otras iniciativas.
