Functieomschrijving:
Als HR/Recruitment stagiair draai je mee in het hele wervingsproces. Van het vinden van de juiste kandidaten tot het organiseren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het onderhouden van relaties met kandidaten en cliënten.
Wat ga je doen?
- Actief meedoen in het wervingsproces: vacatureteksten schrijven, cv's screenen en kandidaten interviewen.
- Helpen met de coördinatie van sollicitatiegesprekken en zorgen voor een top kandidaatervaring.
- Contact onderhouden met kandidaten en cliënten om de voortgang te volgen.
- Bijdragen aan nieuwe wervingsstrategieën en initiatieven.
- Assisteren bij administratieve taken en het up-to-date houden van de database.
Wie ben jij?
- Je studeert HR, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Je hebt interesse in en passie voor recruitment en HR.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en kunt goed in een team werken.
- Je bent leergierig en altijd klaar om nieuwe skills te leren.
- Je bent minstens 3 maanden beschikbaar.
