Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable revenue growth and expansion of NielsenIQ's Strategic Analytics Insights business in the market.
  • Lead a local market Specialty Seller team, collaborating with Cluster regional leaders to set sales strategies and goals.
  • Manage sales team pipeline, assist in closing deals, and provide sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Own client-level annual operational planning, ensuring alignment with regional goals and strategy.
  • Partner with Region Leader/Delivery to drive shared accountability for revenue targets and implement annual pricing increases.
  • Maintain and develop commercial relationships with clients, monitoring market and competitor activities.
  • Provide input for product development and prioritization based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Recruit, motivate, and develop sales staff, ensuring internal processes are followed and CRM system is accurately maintained.

Requirements:

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, managing people, and developing talent.
  • Experience in driving organizational transformation and working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to maintain positive client relationships in complex situations and resolve client issues.
  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Skilled and polished communicator, including client presentations and events.
  • Strategic thinking and vision, with understanding of dependencies across areas.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Native in Spanish language and fluent in English language.
  • Expert in CPG/TD Sales and Consumer research.
  • Experience in transformation initiatives.
  • Proven Leader of high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred.
  • Good knowledge of NielsenIQ products, services, and data preferred.
