Join Semrush as a Partner Manager in Affiliate Marketing Team

We are seeking a skilled Partner Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our existing partners, maximizing their marketing channels, and creating personalized action plans to drive growth and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to identify high-potential partnerships
  • Create and implement personalized action plans for each partner, leveraging data and insights to drive growth and conversions
  • Work with large amounts of data to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects, prioritizing tasks to meet short and long-term goals
  • Manage complex work streams and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of partnerships and management
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
  • Project management and organization skills, with the ability to design and lead projects, report on performance, and make quick decisions
