Join Our Team as a Social Media Manager

At Merlin Digital Partner, we're on a mission to revolutionize companies by seamlessly integrating top-tier talent. As a Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, helping us achieve this goal.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our end-to-end social media projects within an omnichannel agency. This role requires a unique combination of management skills and creativity to develop and oversee comprehensive communication strategies that address client needs across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Social Media Management: Deep knowledge and experience in the technical use of various social media platforms.
  • Organization and Methodology: Implement and follow measurable processes and methods, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in project management.
  • Multichannel Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of digital communication strategies, including social media, web, blogs, and newsletters.
  • 360 Vision: Develop and oversee comprehensive communication strategies that address client needs across multiple channels.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the content and social media team, managing both internal and external resources (content creators, photographers, etc.).
  • Goal Orientation: Align team activities with established KPIs and ensure the achievement of each project's objectives.
Requirements
  • Over 2 years of experience in Social Media and Communication or similar roles in marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of major social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing projects through procedures, methods, tools, and measurable processes.
  • Understanding and practice in managing real and effective omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as knowledge of Adobe and collaborative social media management, analytics, and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Multitasking ability and mindset to meet all client needs.
