Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior International Business Solutions Lead to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth in the international market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of business solutions and driving utilisation and dependence upon our client as the go-to place for all Microsoft solutions. This includes providing trusted advisor expertise, creating and progressing opportunities for Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) in the international market, and advocating innovation both within the firm and with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the international market
  • Leading a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders within large consulting organisations or system integrators to develop pipeline and understand the unique structure and culture of a partnership-based operating model
  • Creating and executing demand generation strategies for Microsoft solution sales teams
  • Leading the sales interlock with delivery teams to ensure profitable growth in partnership

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A highly experienced background in Microsoft solution sales, particularly Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure
  • Strong cross-industry experience, including public sector, financial services, and consumer markets
  • Demonstrable track record developing long-term profitable relationships with mid-sized and large organisations
  • Experience working in an LLP organisation and leading Microsoft-centric transformation deals with values in excess of £2m
  • An extensive Microsoft network at sales level and ability to create a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive relocation package, including visa support and assistance with relocation costs.
