About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at commercetools. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers and provide guidance on technical architecture and design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong technical background in software engineering, ideally in web-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills to work in an international environment.
