**Job Summary**

Theramex is seeking a highly skilled Medical Advisor to join our team. As a Medical Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing and developing synergistic relationships with medical specialists' groups to expand research, advisory, and educational partnership opportunities in Theramex' women's health therapeutic areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide scientific advice and expertise for all medical projects and activities.
  • Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and draw insights from external stakeholders.
  • Profile KOLs, develop KOL engagement plans, collect insights, identify clinical investigators, communicate medical/scientific data, connect internal and external stakeholders, provide conference support, support external stakeholder research activities, round table meetings, support advisory board meetings, and respond to medical information requests.
  • Support internal stakeholders on medical matters, provide training, support clinical research, and serve as a subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain MSL expertise and disease expertise, remain current on the latest scientific knowledge, competitors, clinical disease management, and patient management, maintain knowledge of the TGA and PBS system, coordinate activities with other field personnel (including sales representatives).

**Requirements**

  • Medicine or health science, pharmacy, biotech, biology degree.
  • +2 years of experience demonstrating a career responsibility in clinical drug development or medical affairs.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.

**Preferred Skills**

  • Strong scientific research, medical or clinical background.
  • Expertise in the field of Women's Health, particularly in menopause, contraception, uterine fibroids, and/or osteoporosis.
  • Knowledge of the methodology of clinical trials, scientific analysis technique, and clinical statistics.
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare systems in Spain.
  • Clear understanding of the Spanish compliance system.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills.
