**Job Summary**
The Clinical Research Medical Advisor is a key role in our Global Clinical Development team, responsible for providing medical and scientific expertise to support the development and execution of clinical trials and research activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide medical and scientific input into the development and execution of clinical trials and research activities, including initiation and oversight of clinical studies within the respective therapeutic area.
- Support country strategy for Non-Interventional Studies/Investigator Initiated Trial activities, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Ensure high-quality responses to medical enquiries, establishing standard response documents as needed, and coordinating review and approval of medical materials and locally developed promotional materials.
- Provide medical insights to cross-functional groups, including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory affairs, Market Access, QA, Commercial teams, and Brand team.
- Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement and monitor internal controls within the area of responsibilities.
- Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products in a timely manner.
**Requirements:**
- MD (Immunology preferred) with experience as a Medical Advisor on clinical trials.
- Experience working on Global Clinical Trials, including Clinical Trial Design, Data & Reporting.
- Knowledge of SSO operational clinical trials and medical affairs, with strong operations management and project management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
