About the Role

Stryker Iberia S.L. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing decisions
  • Manage and analyze sales data to optimize product offerings and pricing
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry
  • Proven track record of success in product development and marketing
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location

The ideal candidate will be based in a well-connected city in Spain, with a strong preference for Madrid or Barcelona.
