About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Trauma team in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of our trauma products in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in the trauma segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop product solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other hospital stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop products that meet those needs.
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, including marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and product training.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement product development plans, including product design, testing, and launch.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or product development in the medical devices industry.
  • Experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector.
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1).
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
