About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team and drive user-centered design insights across our product suite. As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding user needs, behaviors, and expectations, translating these into actionable insights for product development and design.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across the product life cycle.
  • Design and execute research studies, including usability tests, user interviews, and surveys, to gather insights.
  • Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights that inform product and design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable product enhancements.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and incorporate them into research strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the UX team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research, with a strong focus on qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with UX research tools and software, such as DoveTail, UserTesting, Hotjar, Customer.Io or equivalent.
  • A track record of success in translating research findings into actionable product and design recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing insights that shape product strategy and design.
  • Experience executing on all facets of the user research process across all phases of growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics to inform the product's UX strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
