Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Management Trainee to join our team at Q Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our renewable energy assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision of Operation Maintenance (OM) activities for PV power plants, ensuring optimal plant performance.
- Conduct system monitoring and data analysis to identify issues, assist in troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance and maintenance reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly yield assessments.
- Support in processing of warranty cases, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Analyze costs, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize budgeting and resource allocation.
Requirements
- You have completed your studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.
- Relevant work experience in infrastructure or energy is an advantage.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You are fluent in Spanish and have good English skills; having Portuguese skills is a plus.
