About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team at G-STAR RAW. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the content on our e-commerce platform across all territories and devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to elevate the brand experience and maximize digital performance.
  • Lead a team of 5 digital content professionals to ensure timely and accurate go-live of new products to the site.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, UX, CRO, and Product, to drive digital content strategy and execution.
  • Develop and execute brand and product storytelling initiatives to captivate and inspire our customers.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and content performance using various tools, identifying opportunities to optimize the experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant e-commerce experience in the Apparel, Fashion, and/or Retail Industry.
  • Solid experience in managing content of an e-commerce platform on a daily basis.
  • Knowledge of Amplience, Hybris CMS, and/or HTML is an advantage.
  • A working understanding of technical SEO.
  • A demonstrated affinity with Apparel and Fashion.
  • Ability to generate e-commerce trends and performance reports with Google Analytics (or similar analytics tools).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in an international team structure.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or Fashion.
