About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team at G-Star. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the content on our webshop across all territories and devices.

As a Digital Content Manager, you will take ownership of planning, trading, and executing the digital content plan to elevate the G-Star experience and maximize digital performance. You will work closely with our marketing team, including design, UX, CRO, and product teams, to deliver a consistent brand experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for creating compelling narratives through our Stories article platform, integrating storytelling elements throughout our website to captivate and inspire our customers. You will also analyze campaign and content performance, using various tools to optimize the experience and drive brand loyalty, search volume, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the content on our webshop across all territories and devices.
  2. Plan, trade, and execute the digital content plan to elevate the G-Star experience and maximize digital performance.
  3. Work closely with marketing team, including design, UX, CRO, and product teams, to deliver a consistent brand experience.
  4. Create compelling narratives through our Stories article platform.
  5. Integrate storytelling elements throughout our website to captivate and inspire customers.
  6. Analyze campaign and content performance, using various tools to optimize the experience.
  7. Drive brand loyalty, search volume, and conversion.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of relevant e-commerce experience in Apparel, Fashion, and/or Retail Industry.
  2. Solid experience in managing content of an e-commerce platform on a daily basis.
  3. Knowledge of Amplience, Hybris CMS, and/or HTML is an advantage.
  4. A working understanding of technical SEO.
  5. A demonstrated affinity with Apparel and Fashion.
  6. Ability to generate e-commerce trends and performance reports with Google Analytics (or similar analytics tools).
  7. Ability to work independently as well as in an (international) team structure.
  8. Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, information technology, or fashion.
