Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and analyzing financial reports, managing liability and asset accounts, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting
- Create and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Prepare and present financial data to management and stakeholders
- Accounting and Compliance
- Manage liability and asset accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements
- Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
- Provide financial guidance and support to team members
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis
- Proven experience with financial software, including Microsoft Dynamics
- Skills
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
