Your Day-to-Day:
As a Go-to-Market Specialist, you\'ll support our growth team in creating and implementing go-to-market strategies for B2B segments and industries in France. You\'ll work closely with the french business unit to develop and execute these strategies, identifying business opportunities and developing actionable insights to accelerate business growth. You\'ll also collaborate with sales to create feedback loop routines and accelerate growth. Your responsibilities will include defining go-to-market strategies, identifying business opportunities, and developing actionable insights, as well as working closely with sales and the french business unit. You\'ll be responsible for leadership in understanding business performance, defining KPIs, segmentation, targeting, and strategic planning, and developing outbound campaigns and devising ways to continue improving delivery. Requirements:
We\'re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in startups. You\'ll need to be fluent in French and Spanish, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. You\'ll also need to be highly analytical and intellectually curious, with a proven track record in quantitative and qualitative analysis. You\'ll need to have good presentation skills to share and present the results of different analysis, and strong interpersonal skills to connect with different diverse teams. You\'ll be interested in being part of a fast-paced marketing and sales environment, and be available to work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. We\'ll offer you flexible retribution, a hybrid remote policy, and an awesome office in central Madrid. Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role, ideally in startups
Fluent in French & Spanish
