Job Description

The successful candidate will provide support to all VHIR staff in auxiliary tasks as needed, including courier services, reception duties, and relocation tasks. They will also be responsible for attending at the reception, ensuring compliance with VHIR's internal regulations, and supervising laboratories and freezers in different locations. Additionally, they will follow protocols for action in case of alarms, control liquid nitrogen tank levels, and move heavy objects. Other responsibilities include assisting laboratories and common rooms with equipment installation, controlling access to VHIR buildings, managing internal mail, transporting samples and documentation, and receiving and delivering parcels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing tasks
  • Ability to perform tasks that require physical effort
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and experience in maintenance tasks
  • Skills in teamwork, communication, proactivity, flexibility, and customer orientation
