Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our Global Source-to-Pay team. This role will be responsible for maximizing value from our vendor relationships and ensuring that our internal teams have the products, tools, and services they need to succeed. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing our Strategic Sourcing function.
- Lead contract reviews and negotiations across all non-tech 3rd party spend categories to ensure favorable business terms, including cost reduction and process improvements.
- Handle market research, data management, cost modeling, RFx coordination, supplier communications, negotiations, contracting, and performance management.
- Manage spending projects with goals like savings, process efficiency, supplier consolidation, risk management, and expense transparency.
- Conduct cost evaluations, supply-market research, pricing audits, and impact analysis to drive cost improvements.
- Lead supplier QBRs to ensure strategic outcomes.
- Monitor and enhance supplier performance against SLAs and quality metrics.
- Oversee vendor integration for acquisitions, coordinating cross-functionally and at all organizational levels.
